Orders
Orders may be placed online at the Site at any time. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent within 24 hours. As our products are handmade to order, estimated delivery times for all items are between 1-3 weeks, unless specified differently. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will be shipped as soon as it is completed. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.
Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

Returns, exchanges & refunds Policy
Returns - 15 days from receipt of the product to request the return of the jewel for refund.
Please make sure that the items are returned in the original packaging and unworn.
Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns on items that have been customized by the customers request. Customized items may not be returned, unless we agree specifically with you, in writing.
If the ring, necklace or bracelet you ordered does not fit, we will be happy to readjust your piece for a different size within 20 days of the order date. Please keep in mind that additional costs (i.e. shipping, sizing, etc) could appear.
In such case, please contact us which will assist you with your request. Note that in this case, the shipping fee must be covered by the customer.
